> Third-party vendor status monitoring. We read the official status pages of 791 B2B software vendors, normalize them into one vocabulary, and keep a permanent incident record.

Data here is observed rather than reported: `unknown` is never recorded as `operational`, and time we could not read a page is excluded from measured uptime rather than blamed on the vendor.
